Prefer a name where unusual volume still has a catalyst that is not exhausted — earnings, a deal, a shift in the tape that news can explain.

What it can do

Reorder the top 10, keep the quantitative leader, or publish NO PICK. If it displaces #1 it owes a reason. Missing news is not automatically a negative.
